The Setting
Villa Azzurra sits on the Cap de Formentor headland, a cliff and pine peninsula that has drawn writers, monarchs and discreet wealth for the better part of a century. Three hundred metres along the coastal road stands the Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, the 1929 grande dame reopened in 2024 and already listed at number twenty four on the World’s Fifty Best Hotels. One hundred and fifty metres the other way is the blue flag sweep of Formentor Beach itself.
Single level, contemporary and built for the light. A sixteen metre saltwater infinity pool, an open plan kitchen and dining room that spills onto a covered terrace, and four en suite bedrooms framed by the Mediterranean pines that give this coast its character. Port de Pollença’s moorings, a newly starred table in the port and the island’s most photographed cycling climb all lie within twenty minutes of the gate.

All rates are weekly. Longer stays by arrangement. Final cleaning, pool maintenance, garden maintenance and mid stay housekeeping are included throughout.

A refundable damage deposit of €3,500 is held against each booking. Peak season includes an enhanced housekeeping schedule of three cleans per week; shoulder stays include two.
Availability
Dates in olive are reserved or on hold. Formentor fills quickly in the shoulder months; we recommend enquiring at least twelve weeks ahead for a summer stay.

Private skippered charters from Puerto Pollença. Sail to Sa Foradada for lunch, or around the Cap to the lighthouse bays.

Twin engine helicopter from Palma airport to Puerto Pollença, or a skipper to meet you off a super yacht in the bay.
